Notice
to all arrivals, this form must be completed, signed and returned along with a
copy of the guest of records drivers license and your full payment prior to
receiving the key lock box combination,
Arrival and Departure
Times: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am. (Please ask 48
hours in advance for early arrival or late departure.)
Keys: Keys are in a lock box on the
front door and upon receipt of final payment, copy of drivers license and
signed contract, you will be given the combination to the lock box.
Maximum Occupancy:
No more than twelve (12) persons (STATE MANDATE 5.56.100) exceeding the maximum
occupancy of the home will result in the immediate termination of the rental
agreement, eviction and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit.
Missing or Damaged Items: We clean and inventory after each stay.
Missing or damaged items (including linen) will be replaced at your expense and
charged to your credit card.
Telephone: The telephone is for local
calls only. The number for the house is (530) 577-5634. We suggest a calling card for long distance
calls.
Hot Tub: Do
not remove the floating chlorinator from the Hot Tub.

Temperature is maintained between 102°- 104°.

Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Pregnant mothers should not use.

We recommend bathing prior to use to wash off any
excess lotion or oils

Do not use if the water becomes cloudy, as it does with
heavy use. Please contact us immediately so that the water can be changed or
that chemicals can be added to alleviate the problem.

No food or drinks are allowed in the Hot Tub.

Spa use is at your own risk. Please use it responsibly.

Any servicing that is required above and beyond the
scope of normal and reasonable use will be considered abusive and a $100.00
cleaning/ maintenance charge shall be applied to your credit card.
No Smoking: Please
do not smoke in the house or garage. Ash trays are located on the front and
back decks. Evidence of smoking in the house will result in the need for the
carpets to be steam cleaned and all linen to be specially cleaned. Charges will
be applied to your card.
Keep Garage Doors Closed: To keep animals out of the
trash and to prevent the pipes in the garage from freezing.
Garbage Collection: The garbage men pick up the
garbage around 6:30am on Monday morning. Please place one capful of ammonia in
each can, close and secure the lid and place at the bottom left side of the
driveway late Sunday night or prior to 6:30am Monday morning.
Slippery Conditions/Ice: These
conditions may exist on paths, driveways, and decks. Please use extreme
caution.
Snow Clearing: Snow will be removed from the decks and stairs
prior to your arrival. Guest will be responsible for clearing the snow that
falls during the rental period. Please clear a path with the provided shovels
prior to walking on the snow so that the snow is not compressed into sheets of
ice on the decks and walkways. DO NOT USE THE
SNOWBLOWER. We have a service that will clear the driveway.
Hot Water Usage: Large Parties should
try to limit showers to ten (10) minutes to help conserve hot water for other
people in your party to take showers. The home has a standard large home water
heater.
Parking: ( 4 CARS MAX) Two (2) cars may
be parked in the garage, (2) on the right side of the driveway. We recommend
parking in the garage in the winter to keep the driveway clear for our snow
removal service. Please be prepared to
move your cars for the snow removal service. No cars are allowed on the street
on snow removal days. (5.56.110)
Pets: No pets are allowed. Evidence of
a pet found in the home is reason for immediate eviction and no refund of rent.
You will be charged the cost of steam cleaning the carpets and for any damages
caused by the pet.
Payments: Fifty percent (50%) of the
total balance is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is
due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Payments include the nightly
charge, cleaning fee of $135.00, and a county occupancy tax of ten percent
(10%). $500.00 minimum deposit will be authorized on your credit card for any
incidental damages.
Check-out Procedures:
1. Place
the keys on the kitchen table. (2 sets)
2. Place
all the trash in cans in the garage.
3. Place
all the dishes in the dishwasher.
4. Place
all the bath linen in a pile near the washer.
5. Leave
the beds unmade on the last day.
6. Lock
all of the doors and windows.
7. Make
sure the spa cover is closed and locked.
8. Have
a safe trip home.
Cleaning Fee: The housecleaning
fee is $135.00 for normal cleaning. Any unusual or excessive cleaning will be
charged to your card at $25.00 hr.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior
to your arrival there is a $100.00 fee. Cancellations made 90-31 days prior to
your arrival there is a 50% fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations
made less than thirty (30) days for any reasons.
Credit Card: A credit card number must
be on file and will be pre-authorized for the refundable deposit of $500.00 two (2) weeks prior to your stay,
to insure payment due to damages, vandalism, or theft.
Noise: Please be courteous and
respectful of our neighbors.

No musicians or entertainment outside

No yelling or loud activity in the street

We do not allow weddings, receptions, or large parties
of any kind
Fines: If the police department is called, come to the house, and
file a “substantiated disturbance report”, an additional five hundred dollars
($500) will be charged to your credit card. We want you to enjoy your stay but
be considerate of our home and our neighbors.(STATE MANDATED 5.56.120)
Wildlife: Please be aware that Tahoe is
located in the mountains and has wildlife such as bears, coyotes, and mountain
lions. As a precaution please do not leave trash and/or food outside and do not
leave children unattended.
I have read and understood this entire contract and agree that I am responsible for all of the above rules. I authorize, understand and agree that “Tahoe Wolf’s Den” will charge my credit card for any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning to the house or outside yard. I agree to be responsible for all damages caused by my party. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the property against any and all loss, claim, liability, or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the property by me or my guest or invitees, including without limitation, injury or death, or from any careless, neglect, ice or snow, or improper conduct of any person entering, occupying or visiting the premises.
