Rates: 

Winter (Nov 15-April 15) $350.00 per night :::(3 night minimum for weekends)  $2000.00 per week 

Spring (Apr 16-June 12) $250.00 per night :::  $1500.00 per week

Summer (June 13-Sept 15) $350.00 per night :::(3 night minimum for weekends)   $2000.00 per week

Fall (Sept 16-Nov 14) $250.00 per night :::   $1500.00 per week

Christmas holiday- 5 night minimum:::   New Years holiday 7 night minimum

Christmas week $2800.00. New Years week $3600.00

All other holidays $375.00- $500.00 per night. (3-7 night minimum at owners discretion)

Cleaning Fee $135.00

Price is negotiable on short notice bookings. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are happily accepted. 50% is required to hold a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments include the nightly charge, Cleaning fee of $135.00 and 10% county tax. 

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to your arrival there is a $100.00 fee.

For cancellations, 90-31 days prior to your arrival, there is a 50% fee.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days for any reason.
